A hand painted, vintage and highly collectible plate from Carlton Ware.
 
Triangular in shape, featuring a leaf and cherry tomato design.
 
A thick, heavy plate, measuring approximately 26cm in diameter, with the rim standing approximately 4cm high.
 
This plate is showing it’s age; heavy crazing to the glaze, chipped paint on the tomatoes, a hairline crack to the back (does not go all the way through) and two substantial chips to the rim. They can only be seen when you turn the plate over. Still a lovely, striking piece.
